We work with Independent Senior Communities, Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care Units and group Homes to ensure people are matched with outstanding Support Workers and Nurses. Reliable Staffing is owned by Nurses and we understand that making matches is more complicated than just finding someone with the right skills and competencies – finding someone with the right personality is equally as important!

We make sure they have the right skills and experience to look after the people we support. We have a rigorous application process to ensure that we recruit only the highest quality Carers, Support Workers and Nurses to our teams.

Procedure After Consultation

Job Description

Contract Agreement

This agreement will include details such as the duration of the contract, fee structure, payment terms, and any guarantees or warranties offered by the agency.

Candidate Sourcing

The agency will utilize its network, databases, and advertising channels to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening

This may involve reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, verifying certifications and licenses, and performing background checks.

Candidate Presentation

Once suitable candidates have been identified and screened, we will present their profiles and any relevant supporting documents. to the employer or client.

Interview Coordination

If the client wishes to proceed with the candidates presented, Reliable Staffing will coordinate and schedule interviews between the client and the candidates.

Candidate Selection

Based on interview feedback, the agency will assist in the final selection process, helping the client make an informed decision.

Offer Negotiation

The agency acts as a mediator between the client and the candidate to ensure a satisfactory agreement is reached If the client decides to hire a candidate.

Placement and Follow-Up

Once an agreement is reached, we will assist in the onboarding process and will also conduct follow-up communication to ensure the client's satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise.

Customized Staffing Solutions

This may include creating specialized recruitment strategies, implementing targeted candidate searches, and accommodating specific scheduling or workforce preferences.
